Short Biography

Torsten is a software engineer by heart. After working as a consultant in small, big, and large software projects, he was drawn into the agile way of working. Now, 15 years later, Torsten still lives the agile mindset and gathers more and more methods to help on the way. LEGO SERIOUS PLAY (LSP) has become one of his tools in 2013. LSP has become his goto solution to crack the really hard problems. Torsten also runs the biggest LSP Meetup group in Europe with monthly meetups mostly in Munich.
