Short Biography
Thomas Zeutschler is a visionary IT expert and manager driving the digital transformation at Henkel. His current scope of work is all around Henkel’s shift towards a data-driven enterprise.
As the Head of Data & Application Foundation he established and manages several highly skilled consulting and expert teams with an international footprint around data, data science & AI, interfaces & API management, DevOps, cloud computing and microservice based application architectures and many more.
In 2017 he started to build the “Henkel Data Foundation”, a highly integrated data management, processing and analytics platform based on fully elastic cloud technologies. Today this platform processes millions of data assets from along the entire Henkel value chain, BI systems, IoT, consumer facing apps and also external data and it has become the place-to-be for almost all data- and AI-driven use cases and business models at Henkel.
Thomas is engaged in many initiatives inside and outside of Henkel to further drive the digital transformation at Henkel and its customers and partners. He is also a constant lecturer for data science and industry 4.0 at HSD University in Düsseldorf.
Before his career at Henkel, Thomas was a senior executive in the data and analytics software and consulting business. He envisioned and developed many innovative and very successful software products still in the market.
