Steffi studied economy with an emphasis on Marketing at the university of applied sciences in Pforzheim and has a second degree in Public Relations. This combination has resulted in a deep passion for Social Media. During her career Steffi spent ten years in the automotive industry (Daimler, GM) and three years in the FMCG business (Nestlé) where she worked in different Marketing and PR positions and learned to combine those two worlds. She released her first book on “Issues Management in Blogs” in 2007 and her second book “Social Media for Executives” was released in 2016. (both in German language). Steffi joined Merck in 2014 to introduce the digital workplace EVA.  She is intenterested in all digital communication topics and digital transformation as such.
