Short Biography

Simon studied physics in Bonn. Because he always burned for self-organizing teams, he switched from the technical part of data engineering to a scrum master role. As an agile evangelist he now wants to share his experiences from the real world of how to implement scrum in long term projects – for the customer’s competitive advantage.
