Pavel is an enthusiastic, innovative, and driven senior leader with a track record of data and analytics delivery projects and programs. For the last 15 years, he gained a lot of knowledge and experience growing up from a developer and database administrator to a seasoned professional and data executive in data management functions. He worked on both sides (software companies and consulting, and client-side) and brought his diversified knowledge and experience to solve the most complex problems through data and technology while building a trusted, enterprise-wide data culture and landscape. When Pavel is not behind the wheel, he is an avid skier and professional sommelier and loves spending time with his family.
