Michael Horn is Teamlead of User- and Business Analytics at XING, the leading business networking platform in Germany. In this role he supports the top management, business managers, product teams and marketing with insights about users and their behavior to drive performance. He joined XING in 2012. Prior to this role Michael worked as a Management Consultant for Accenture and supported several of Germany’s major companies in business transformation projects.
He studied Industrial Management in mechanical engineering and logistics in Braunschweig and Gothenburg, Sweden.
