Short Biography

Being a physicist by education, Marcel has long been using data to formulate and verify theories about the world around him. He worked as a scientist at the DKFZ in Heidelberg, before switching to the Business domain, getting involved in the optimization of logistics processes. As a Senior Manager Data Science at Vorwerk he is now supporting various data initiatives, ranging from the ingestion of data generated by 3 million Thermomix appliances world-wide to building data products on top of it.
