Short Biography

Andreas joined Munich Re Group in 2015 as a data scientist developing Big Data Analytics solutions for our global customers. Since then, he held several roles, including Head of Analytics. In his current role he is heading the Artificial Intelligence team. His team is currently implementing and running a global Text Mining platform, systems for automatic risk assessments and the use of aerial pictures for damage estimation after hurricanes.
