Short Biography

Boris Bialek is a known entity in the data space for the last 25 years. In his former role at MongoDB as Head of Innovation EMEA, he had been working closely with MongoDB customers and partners to develop new technology and business approaches that allow companies to get the most value from their data. Now as Global Head of Enterprise Modernization, he leads an international team around modernization and innovation. Before joining MongoDB, he had leading positions in various (Fin)Tech companies like FIS and IBM. Boris holds a master’s degree from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
