At the Data Science Delivery Team of Lufthansa Group we systematically accelerate the use of best-in-class data science across all Lufthansa Group business units. We have designed a program which produces fast prototypes that deliver high quality data solutions with maximum impact and transparency.
In this talk I will present (1) how this program explores, designs and delivers proof of concepts, (2) example use cases and (3) best practices including sustainable coding.
